Services Provided

TouchPointe Home Care Network specializes in providing non-medical, in-home companion care for the elderly and other individuals requiring support in order to remain independent at home. We offer many in-home services including companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, incidental transportation, errand running, and personal bathing and grooming assistance. Here is an Expanded List of Services.

Additionally, our SENIOR-FIT program provides individuals recently discharged from an acute care or skilled rehabilitation facility a rehabilitation option to continue on the path to physical independence.

The History of TouchPointe Home Care Network

Jerry Juhl, President and Owner, has been engaged in the delivery of health care services to the senior population for more than 30 years as a physical therapist and rehabilitation manager. Mr. Juhl has recognized, the often times, unmet needs of those individuals wanting to remain at home but without the support resources necessary to do so.

It was concern for these people that resulted in the development of TouchPointe Home Care Network, a comprehensive companion care and support service coupled with the unique rehabilitation feature SENIOR-FIT.

Management Philosophy

Our mission is to help seniors remain independent in their own homes as long as possible. We seek to improve the quality of senior life through dependable, caring service and thereby protect the dignity of seniors amid the decline of their physical and mental faculties. We further commit ourselves to assist the families of seniors who struggle with their complex responsibilities while caring for elder parents.

Vision

TouchPointe Home Care Network team envisions a world in which senior citizens can age gracefully, socialize frequently, and live confidently. We reject the idea that seniors have nothing to expect but isolation, malnutrition, institutionalization, and indignity.

We choose to make a positive difference in the aging experience. The TouchPointe Home Care Network team will perform its collective duties with confidence, concern, commitment, cheerfulness and care. We will treat every contact as a friend, every client as family and perform every task as an honor.

Interview

We start the interview process by conducting an in-depth assessment of you or your loved one's lifestyle, medical conditions and the kind of assistance that will help them to remain independent at home. We will meet with you and your family and jointly determine the scope of care.

During the meeting, we explain fully the services available, answer any additional questions you have, and help with the important care decisions faced by the family with a loved one in need.
