Welcome to Touch Pointe
TouchPointe offers services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unlike other home care agencies in this industry, we do not require our clients to commit to any minimum hours or fixed time and frequency of services.
Our Care Plan is based on our comprehensive Client Matching System and is customized according to your schedule and your needs. We offer services from as little as one hour to 24-hour, or Live-In Home care, at any time during the day or night, at your residence, assisted living facility, skilled nursing home, hospital, rehabilitation or hospice facility.
Our “value added” services include: free In-home Assessment and needs analysis, free long-term care and private insurance billing on clients’ behalf, comprehensive Care Plan; free home safety inspection; guaranteed caregiver replacement at client request; around-the-clock on call assistance; multi-lingual caregiver team.
